The JME platform is built upon the following unique key technologies:

  • aJile's family of low-power, direct-execution microprocessors provides the most efficient execution of Java bytecode in the industry.

  • Microprogrammed Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) kernel provides microsecond response to interrupts / context switches and direct implementation of Java threading primitives.

  • Deterministic periodic thread scheduling simplifies real-time control and monitoring.

  • aJile's completely Java runtime systems leverages the benefits of Java all the way down to driver implementations.

  • Multiple JVM technology allows multiple independent application execution with deterministic scheduling and memory protection.
